Phase 1 Planning

Send your request in writing Email [email protected] or use our contact form. We work from written requests so nothing gets missed or misremembered.

We reach out the next business day An Italy expert contacts you to schedule a phone consultation. We work on Italy and US time, so you are covered on both ends.

Your itinerary is designed from scratch After the call, your Italy expert builds acomplete start-to-finish proposal. Most requests are ready within 48 to 72 hours.

You and your clients review together The day-by-day proposal is yours to share directly with your clients. Adjust, add, remove. We iterate until it is right.
Phase 2 Booking and Preparation

A deposit confirms the reservation Payments can be processed in EUR or USD, via wire transfer or credit card. The preferred currency and payment method will be agreed upon during your consultation with our travel planners.

We handle every booking Hotels, skip-the-line tickets, experiences, transfers. Every supplier relationship managed by us, on your behalf.

Remaining balance is collected before departure The timeline varies depending on your market. No chasing, no follow-up emails required on your end.

Final documents 30 days out Your clients receive their confirmed itinerary with meeting points, contacts, restaurant suggestions and a tipping guide for Italy.
Phase 3 On the Ground and After

Support while they travel Our English-speaking concierge is available 24/7 on Italian time.You hear from us before you hear from them.

Commission paid after their return Your commission covers the full trip, including any services your clients added while on the ground. Add-ons included, always.
You will not need to wait for your clients to get home to know how the trip went. We keep you in the loop the whole time.

A few things worth saying clearly.
You always work with the same person
From the first call to the final documents, one Italy expert is your point of contact. Not a customer service queue, not whoever happens to pick up. Someone who knows your clients, your preferences and the full history of every trip you have brought to us.
How commissions work
You earn a 12% gross commission on every booking. If your clients add services during the trip, you earn commission on those too. Travel advisors who join one of our agent educational trips earn 14% for a full year after the FAM departure date. Commissions are paid after your clients return.
Your clients in Italy
We call your clients at their hotel to make sure everything is going well and to offer any concierge additions they might want. Our emergency line is reachable 24/7 on Italian time, so you will not get a panicked call at 3am. For anything non-urgent, your clients can also reach our Italy team directly by phone or email to modify or add services during the trip.
